Page Productions - Submissions

If you would like to submit a show concept, please read and accept the Terms & Conditions below.


	IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY, RELEASE AND AGREEMENT We understand that you have an idea for a television program or a programming concept that you would like to disclose to and discuss with Page Productions (hereafter “Your Idea”), for consideration by Page Productions, in the hope that Your Idea will be of interest to Page Productions for future development, representation and/or production. Page Productions will be pleased to accept and consider Your Idea, but only upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Idea Submission Policy, Release and Agreement. 1. You represent that Your Idea is original, that you are the sole originator of Your Idea, that you have the legal right and authority to submit Your Idea and that Your Idea does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party; 2. You acknowledge that Page Productions may, and has the legal right to, share Your Idea with persons within Page Productions and outside of Page Productions as it sees fit in order to conduct a proper evaluation of Your Idea; 3. You acknowledge that Page Productions may already be considering an idea identical or similar to Your Idea or has in the past considered an idea identical or similar to Your Idea, and in that connection you agree to and hereby do waive and release any claim that Page Productions misappropriated Your Idea or any portion of Your Idea, or developed an idea based on or derived from Your Idea as a result of any program or activities that Page Productions may produce, be involved with or otherwise be related to; 4. You understand and agree that Page Productions will not return any materials you submit in connection with your desire to disclose to and discuss Your Idea with Page Productions, and thus you should keep a copy of any materials you submit to Page Productions along with a copy of this Idea Submission Policy and Agreement. Do not submit or provide to Page Productions any materials that you consider unique and/or irreplaceable; 5. You understand that Page Productions will not compensate you in any manner for or as a result of its’ consideration of Your Idea and that no agreement for compensation is implied from Page Productions’ consideration of Your Idea. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY, RELEASE AND AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
